Senior Account Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished digital/social marketeer who is eager to progress and continue their development. Agility Marketing are a digital marketing company specialising in the visitor attraction sector.  

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the successful candidate will take on an existing set of clients and, with your Marketing Co-ordinator, deliver social media, digital advertising and website solutions.  

Every day your role will be varied and will include:

  • Managing a Marketing Co-ordinator
  • Managing the day-to-day implementation of all client campaigns
  • Advising clients on marketing solutions
  • Writing online advertising briefs for the digital team to implement
  • Brainstorming and creating/scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube or Twitter
  • Briefing your Marketing Co-ordinator on any video editing requirements
  • Evaluating online or social campaigns to continually improve results
  • Ensuring client websites on WordPress are up to date, writing web copy and overseeing new website projects
  • Approving copy/content for email campaigns and evaluating results
  • Maintaining client budgets and drafting client invoices
  • Developing the annual strategy/budgets with the Senior Lead on the account
  • We occasionally purchase offline advertising or organise print. You will be responsible for obtaining quotes and producing artwork briefs.

The Ideal Candidate

Salary is based on experience and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will already have 4 years’ solid marketing experience. You’ll have proven knowledge of online advertising briefs, social media management and website development, however, we will consider providing further training to build on a basic knowledge of any discipline.

Being able to confidently liaise with clients, write copy and develop client’s trust is a must. You will also need excellent spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills.

Improving skill sets: Every 4 weeks, you’ll hear from a team member on either social media or online advertising to ensure all our digital skill sets are on top of current trends.

Fun Clients: We don’t work with IT or tech companies! With a specialism in visitor attractions, you can expect to work on fun marketing projects. A number of our clients have childcare facilities on-site at their attractions and this role promotes these businesses.

Small and supportive: We are not a huge company. With 14 of us, we are small enough to be supportive, share learnings and come together to troubleshoot solutions.

Hybrid working:  We would expect you to work from our Tring offices for 2 days per week. Most of the team decide to work from home for the remainder of the week.

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 per year

Account Manager

A great role combining training/mentoring and career progression. Specialising in the visitor attraction sector, we are a pro-active digital marketing agency.  

You will take on an existing set of clients and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of social media, digital advertising and website solutions. You’ll report into a Senior Lead who will be your mentor/coach.

Every day, your role will be varied and will include:

  • Being the day-to-day contact for clients
  • Writing online advertising briefs for the digital team to implement
  • Brainstorming and creating/scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube or Twitter 
  • Undertaking any video editing (training can be provided)
  • Evaluating online or social campaigns to continually improve results
  • Ensuring client websites on WordPress are up to date, writing web copy and overseeing new website projects
  • Writing copy/content for email campaigns  and evaluating results
  • Maintaining client budgets and drafting client invoices
  • Learning from the Senior Lead on how to develop annual strategies
  • Purchasing offline advertising or print as well as writing simple artwork briefs. This is not your core role however, as work is mainly digital and full training can be provided.

The Ideal Candidate
