Agility Sales and Marketing Administrator (£18-20,000)
An efficient confident administrator is required for this niche marketing agency, specialising in the visitor attraction industry.
Offering plenty of variety, two days will never be the same. Fifty percent of your time will be split helping the team manage their leisure trade association contract, with the remaining 50% helping market specific visitor attractions, both offline and online.

Supporting the Trade Association
Lead contact for phone, email and post enquiries for the National Farm Attractions Network (NFAN) members and potential members.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in generating new members by supplying information to interested parties and keeping in touch with potential members as well as making sure the pipeline is always up-to-date.
Co-ordinate NFAN Workshops, Open Days, Roadshow and Annual Conference & Trade Exhibition, in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager. This will vary from contacting venues, agreeing menus, arranging badges, organising transport and liaising with delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and committee members. Some events you will attend.
Update content on websites using a CMS system and monitor to always make sure the content is relevant and up-to-date.
Update flyers to promote specific events.
Create Member and Prospect emails to share relevant topics/news, to promote the benefits of the NFAN Accreditation Scheme and to promote events.
Organise the print and distribution of the printed NFAN Newsletter which is sent out three times a year.
Maintain the Attraction Membership and Prospect database and the Trade Membership and Prospect database. To generate and keep in contact with new sales leads.
Write social media posts to promote specific events and monitor the trade association closed Facebook Group.
Create the Trade Exhibition Pack with the Senior Marketing Manager and help sell trade stands and co-ordinate the trade exhibition.
Create sales reports.
Helping Market Specific Visitor Attractions
Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Online Manager you will help implement and monitor campaigns. This part of the role is hugely varied and you will be provided with training.
For the specific online tasks, you will upload videos to YouTube, monitor daily online advertising spends, analyse social media engagement across the industry, as well as select/resize images for online advertising campaigns.
Offline, you will create a social media content calendar, set up email campaigns, send and follow up press releases sent to journalists, feedback artwork amends to designers, obtain print quotes, liaise with advertisers concerning copy deadlines and send artwork to advertisers, provide purchase orders and assist with proof reading.
